Our Facility
Grad Oaks Farm is located on 40 acres in Delano, MN. Features include:
- 22 matted stalls.
- Automatic waterers in stalls.
- 5 tack/grooming stalls.
- 2 indoor wash stalls with hot and cold water.
- Large tack room.
- Blanket storage available.
- 70' x 150' indoor area with cushioned footing.
- Indoor arena viewing room.
- 130' x 220' outdoor arena with cushioned footing.
- 8 large grass paddocks for turnout. All paddocks are enclosed with 3-board fencing.
- European Walker. 6 horse capacity with Safeguard separation hurdles.
- Bug misting system.
Barn and indoor arena are heated during the winter months.
